    Hello and welcome! I am a new member too. I love to crochet everything, but mainly doilies, prayer shawls, thread crosses are what I'm working on now.

    Their is lots of new stitches since I started crocheting. Like Crocodile stitch, Bavarian stitch and the Tunisian crochet stitch. And lots of other stitches also. When I started crocheting I could not read directions but taught myself how and got lots of books on it. And there is lots of them out there to help you and people on this forum will also.
