Thank you Jean Marie! I'm the one looking for a nice shawl pattern. I'll check out the links you provided.
I want to make my mom one for Christmas but I don't want it to be too big. She's a short woman, only about 5 feet tall, and I want it to be a smaller size that wraps around her shoulders and arms. I don't want her to trip over it when she walks around with it on!
