Anyone ever see this filet teddy edging?

After googling this edging, I am of a mind that perhaps it has come from say a coloring book, or picture book for children, the reason is it seems "softer" than the googled versions of filet teddies, they are so "square?" Get my drift?
Would anyone have some suggestions where to look?

I found a website with teddy bear filet but it was not the one with a raised arm. I tried to copy it here but it didn't work. If you clicked on it you got the website but not the teddy bear pattern.

As I do not chart anything, this is wonderful, and thanks so much, will see what I can make of it, raining here today, so can't work outdoors, this is good busy work.
