    star tree skirt

Does anyone have the star tree skirt that is offered on the Mary Maxim site?
Or something similar?? It will probably take me till xmas to accomplish it, since I am working on a couple of other afghans as well.

I made a tree skirt for a gift just recently. Used speckled blue yarn and pattern that made ridged rows. I put my own ruffled edge on in white. Then made crocheted snowflakes and sewed them on in a scattered way. Just another idea.......

I made a star Christmas tree skirt 25 years ago. It was a star shape done in a chevron ripple pattern. The colors I used were cream and country blue. It came out very big and really stood out under the tree. I haven't put up a tree for the past several years, since my boys are grown and moved out. I need to get it out and post a photo of it.

This FREE Ravelry pattern is either the same, or very similar, to the pattern I used. I only used 2 colors and made the ripples wider. It's split up one side so you can wrap it around the base of the tree.
