This Brand of Cotton is mixed with acrylic right compare to Sugar N Cream is it a lot different??

Bernat Handicrafter Cotton is 100% cotton.. Sugar and cream is the same 100% cotton. I've heard of people using acrylic for dishcloths and pot holders.
