Fireplace Filet with name

I'm looking for a pattern (rough or finished) for a 4 inch wide by 6 ft long fireplace topping. my intent is to use cotton (white) with the family name (4 letters) in the middle. does anyone have any ideas or patterns to fit this description??? yarnmiss@gmail.com would be greatly appreciated. the fireplace is gas by the way, not wood

Size depends on thread # and hook. You make little square and count how many cells you need to fit size. After that you can make pattern
