Hi, My name is Shelia. I hope that I can learn to use this sight. I haven't been on a forum before. I prefer crocheting to knitting as it is easier for me to handle only one hook rather than two needles. Might be because I am lefthanded, which makes translating patterns rather difficult. I do enjoy making simple baby afghans and scarfs for charity donations. Will be interested to find other crocheters who do similar things.

Welcome Shelia. I am a lefty too. And yes crochet is easier for me than knitting. I am not that coordinated and crochet is much more forgiving than knitting is. I can knit a little bit but prefer 1 hook to 2 needles.
