I joined today and am looking forward to being a member. I recently retired as a legal secretary from a law firm in Grand Rapids, Michigan and before retirement, I opened three Etsy stores (Twirlygurlz (girl's store); Noisyboyz (boy's store); and Chezg (miscellaneous items store). I love to make things, but don't really need the finished items sitting around my house when I'm done, so when I joined a craft group at work, one of the girls who had an Etsy store told me I should open one up. It's a great venue to sell my items.
