Turkey Tissue Cover

I am looking for a pattern for a crochet pattern for a cooked turkey w/vegetables that is a cover for a boutique sized tissue box. It used to posted on Michael's website as a free pattern, but has been taken down. Any help would be appreciated.

Went to michaels when directed to do so, found nothing, as you stated, but did find a lead to the gal that dreamed up that pattern, I have an email in to her to find out if she would share on her own site, just keep the faith? It is rather cute, and unusual, so perhaps with some good luck, will be able to have this to share soon.

Many thanks to Shaddy for the pattern. I saw this about a year ago and for some unknown reason did not save it. But I have it now. I am heading to the yarn store early tomorrow morning.
