Welcome to Crochet Talk! It is nice to meet you! I could not really find a free crochet pattern for doll socks, but here is a crocheted preemie sock pattern which hopefully will work:

You could use a smaller hook size to make them smaller if needed. They look really "big" in the picture, but the pattern was created for preemies.
