Newbie here, needing 0ld terminology of sewing/crocheting/knitting.
I am totally new to this forum and the navigation of it. But, I am a President of a group of ladies in a senior citizens and we crochet. However, I am going to include in the group a "Do You Know?" column. I want it to include some old terminology and facts that the younger ones may not know., Such as, we are currently making plarn projects-plastic yarn. I just learned about "frogging" , when you rip it out. "Rib it, rib it, only now it is rippin, rippin. So I need some input. I think there may be alot of facts vs fiction also. I need an ongoing thing of things we can continue sharing as we continue learning. I know that a yarn is a story. You know what I am talking about. I haven't been on a forum in years, so I may need some hints on what to do/expect here. Glad to be here!
