Favorite pillow?

Ladies, I have a dilemma,
I need to crochet a small rectangle pillow tonight
and even though I've gone to all the websites
and have seen tons of patterns I can't make up my mind!

This pillow is for a 90 year old Aunt's birthday gift.
I don't think I want squares but still something nice
for an elderly lady to keep on her bed.
I would appreciate it if you could post
your favorite pillow picture or pattern or even suggestion.
