    Lightbulb crocheted earrings

I have been busily making earrings this winter. However, I have run out of different patterns to try and would like to try something more challenging than circles, squares, etc. My main medium has been embroidery floss and thread. Any ideas?

Thank you. I have made the peacock earrings(2 pair), very easy. I think that I will try the lacy beaded ones before I try the metal washer pair.
