Craft room idea

I saw this and all I could think was yarn storage for future craft room. Although I like the bookcase idea too.

Anyone else come across good craft room ideas?

Love love love that idea!!!!!! When my Mom died she left me so much yarn I have 2-18 gal. plastic cambros full, plus what I had myself. I also have one of those things you hang in the closet (the one with the cubbyholes, I think theres 5 or 6 cubbyholes) and that's full, plus zippered plastic bags for Sugar n Cream, baby yarn and crochet thread. Never thought about the bookcase idea. House is running out of room lol!!!! Seriously though, I keep it all upstairs in my room. Didn, t want you all to think that's all I have in my house lol. That is a great idea though, never would've thought of it. Thanks. Carol

That is a great idea. Just wish I had room for a craft room.

When wwe moved into the senior living I had to get rid of some of my yarn. So as I emptied the boxes I piled them on their sides and put the yarn back in them . These fit just great in the closet. I wish I had the room for the book shelf. Margaret

Love the idea of storage under stairs. Wish I had stairs now! Might even have the bottom cubbies
with drawers for some hidden storage.

Another storage idea that a friend suggested if space is limited are the "Spacemaker Bags" that you use a vacuum to pull air out and flatten it all. Just think how much yarn can be stored in them and they'd be clear so you can see what's in them. Plus you can open and reuse again.
