Hello to everyone. My name is Penney and l am new here. I am 55 and retired and love to crochet. l just started to teach myself how to knit. I found this website and l am in love. I love looking at how talented people are. I unfortunately am one who can't crochet without a pattern, so believe me you, l am grateful for this site and being able to read reviews. I love crocheting gifts and would love to be able to do donations.

Hi Penney and welcome to Crochet Talk! You will meet a lot of kind and helpful members on this site! I have been both knitting and crocheting for nearly 3 years, and I am still learning new techniques in both crafts... Are you learning the Continental Method of knitting? It is easier to learn if you are a crocheter, since you hold the yarn in your left hand. Good luck with your knitting!
