    Easy Valentine Pattern

I have been looking for ideas and easy patterns to make something in a Valentine theme. I have thought about something to decorate my kitchen or other rooms to add new color related to holidays. Any ideas would be appreciated. Thank you. MadCat

    Heart #1

    Heart #2

    Heart #3

    Lots more here & here

    Enjoy! (Warning: they're addictive! )

PS: You can string them together for a decorative "banner" or else use them for coasters, or for fridgies. The really big ones lend themselves to pillows as well. Lots of possibilities! (If you take one of the really small, simple ones and make them out of crochet thread, you can even turn them into earrings. Spiffy---and totally YOUnique! {big grin})

PPS: The lacy ones make fabulous suncatchers!

    Here're some more:

    Heart Candy Basket

Heart Dishcloth that can be made into an afghan, too

Links galore for more heart themes here (the links continue at the bottom of each page)

I have pinned several crocheted heart patterns on Pinterest. You may want to look there also. ~~Jo

OK, here's a heart shaped throw rug for next to your bed (or where ever): Amazing Heart Click on the image to get the diagram to enlarge nicely.

And here's another couple of diagrams: depending on the weight of yarn, these could be used for placemats, throw rugs, pillows... (again, click on the image to enlarge it). Polish Hearts

Very pretty. Have you made this rug? If so, I'd love to see a photo of it.
    Hugs, Jo
