For those icy steps!
I just got this e-mail from a friend and I am going to try it:
Mix: 1 teaspoon Dawn dish washing soap
1 tablespoon rubbing alcohol
1/2 gallon hot/warm water
Now pour that over the steps, walkway or anything that is dangerously icy to walk on and see if it works. I haven't tried it YET but I am going to! Patty

Interesting. We are supposed to get that "wintery mix" tonight of rain turning to sleet and then to snow. I might have to try this.
