Hmm...I have been looking for granny squares with cars or trucks in them and have not found anything yet. Other members will be along to reply as well.

What other options would be useful for you, if we cannot find granny squares with cars in them?

It could be just one with cars ands maybe trucks crocheted throughout following a graph.

Here is one thing I found - a simple crocheted square with a car applique on top of it.

You have to scroll down pretty far. I don't see a pattern, but it is a great idea for you to look at.

Here is a car tutorial that I found that you could attach to another crochet piece. The site is in another language, but there is also a crochet chart when you open the pdf file.

If you try crochet pattern central there are many free square patterns (not sure if they have cars or trucks)
and many appliques, fridgies, bookmarks and dishcloths and there are several cars and things that you could
add to a square

If you made an afghan with the afghan stitch you could crosstitch a car on it using the squares of the afghan stitch. On etsy I saw a baby afghan with cars crocheted separately and then they sewed them on. They also crocheted a road way.
