Hi all, I'm new here. I am in the process of making a tree skirt. Right now it's nothing but ruffles. I called the local cleaners and they can block it. But is it too ruffled to block???

I don't think it is too ruffly to block. You may want to see what the cleaners say about it. I did not realize cleaners offer blocking. Thank for sharing with us! Also, let us know what you find out if you don't mind!
