Introduction
Hello my name is Darlene, I love to crochet, knit, read and whatever else catches my attention. My problem at the moment is I just had back surgery and am now down for another month. But can knit or crochet as long as I don't sit too long.
I also love to paint and just sold one of my paintings,. that made me very happy. But I love to crochet to give as gifts and love looking at new projects.

thank you. at the moment I am not working on anything, just got out of the hospital with back surgery, so still trying to find a chair I can sit in. But am enjoying looking over the site and meeting people. Thanks for the welcome

]You are certainly on the right track! Welcome to the group here. We love new members and BTW MY middle name is Darlene so we already have something in common and I also love to paint pictures. I love all kind of crafts except knitting I never did get the hang of that so I don't even try anymore to knit. I love to work with plastic canvas too. Mine is strictly a hobby and I retired from a bank after 43 years there. Have you heard of our 2014 meeting yet? You need to learn more about it and maybe you could come and join us there for a three day get-together! I hope you stay with Crochettalk a long and happy time. Again Welcome! redhead/Patty
