Hello from Kansas

Hi I am new to this site. My name is Jennifer and I am from Kansas.

I learned to corchet from my grandmother when I was 10 (now in my 40's) and have loved it ever since. She always told me that I needed to loosen my stitches, but I have never been able to get them loose. She called it squicky crocheting.

Anyone else from Kansas?

Hi Jenshart how are you welcome to our world of Crocheting. I use to crochet really tight also but learned to relax. I started when I was 15. Have not crochet since my late 20's for I had problems. I started back two years ago now I am 61 years old and I joined a club who helps me also and I made lots of nice things. I am learning here at Crochet Talk also. You take are and Happy New Year.
