Hello
Just would like to say that I am glad to have this site to turn to. I am a beginner and I mean a beginner. All I know right now is how to chain. Well, we all start somewhere. My mom is good at crochet, however, she can not teach me and I can not learn from her.
I have found that I learn best from visual and found some good youtube videos that I will be turning to.
I would like to crochet a slouchy beanie and scarf and I need a real beginner pattern.
I welcome any and all suggestions.

Hello and welcome from Pa. I am a avid crocheter. Go to a craft store and get yourself a book "I taught my self to crochet. Practice each stitch till you learn it then move on to the next one they also give you projects to make. Good luck if you have any questions some one will help you
