I agree with you completely I planned already to give her another chance but it is on my terms only. My aunt said my mom called her and asked her for advice, my aunt told her she can't help her she will have to call me and figure it out on her own for the fact of how she treats me and my family like we are strangers. My husband knows it bothers me a lot and bothers my children, who tell me constantly they are glad I am a cool mom and nothing like their grandmother. This Friday she has to have a total knee replacement. Which my dad and aunt called and told me last week. How are you feeling? I hope much better! Thank you! LOVE YOUR FRIEND MANDA!

Hi, Manda, I got your message about your aunt calling your mom. I don't know what to say. It's been a long time coming, I know. How do you feel about it? What did your aunt say about it? Does she feel your mom is sincere? If I were in your shoes, just from what you've told me, I would give her a chance, but I'd tread lightly & I'd go slowly. If there was any compromising to do, she would be doing it. The fact that you are giving her a chance is your compromise. about the 1st time she irritated me, I'd tell her that was her one time, & if she did anything else, I would be done. She has tormented you & controlled you all your life. What does your sweet husband say? He is the one who will be picking up the pieces if this fails. I would value his opinion on this. You are just getting over surgery & vulnerable right now.

I didn't mind. I'm sure Landon didn't either. I'm sorry your boys aren't feeling well. The weather doesn't help much. Out here, we keep getting snow, snow, and more snow. Oh, well. It could be worse. Amanda, I'm afraid you are asking the wrong one about the pattern swap. I haven't had time to do that yet. I've been tied up with finishing 2 afghans and getting my February swap project done plus two scarves and 1 pair of boot cuffs all done by Valentine's day. I've been going nuts. Maybe Landon or Twinfaye know something about it. I'm sorry I can't help you out. I wish I could. I do hope you are feeling better though. I'm gad you have a husband that takes good care of you. Mine hovers. He thinks the way to heal me is to feed me. After 47 years, I finally got thru to him that if I want to eat, I will holler. He takes TOO GOOD care of me. God love him. Hello - the physical pattern exchange box with patterns is passed around to those who want to participate. The receiver takes a pattern or two and then replaces it with some of their own. Then it is mailed to the next person on the list. And so on. Then, it will be mailed back to me again at the end of the list.

My paperwork is going to the corporate office hopefully on Monday for final approval to be able to move. Hopefully, I will hear something by the end of the week! We are all doing pretty good - just working on packing and all. Thanks for asking how I am doing! Barbara :0)

I had surgery Thursday morning. My family won't let me do anything, so I just cry about everything. I am sorry to complain! Went to my regular- pain dr to get refills on painpills and my other meds been crying for 2 months no reason so he put me on Zoloft to see if it works or if I have a reaction. I hope you feel better soon and I apologize for my complaining. LOVE and HUGS MANDA!

I just have myself a good old fashioned head cold. It has me all dizzy & out of whack. Thanks for caring but I'm ok. Didn't you have surgery? Take care of you, Girl. I'm fine compared to that.
