    Dritz Belastraw Luxury Thread

    I've been doing a bit of research on this obsolete yarn - Dritz Belastraw, by way of a crocheted medallion table mat. Now, I don't yet have a recommendation on a replacement, for those vintage 1950's hats and bags, but I'll continue to keep a watch.

    The pattern is offered as a Free Download. If anyone decides to give this one a crochet, I'd love to hear what thread you use and how it comes out.

    That is a pretty pattern is as young as I am!!!!! that thread really looks thick, maybe you could use sz 3 or 5 fashion thread....just a thought. Sharon
