new to crochet talk

Hello,

My name is Pat, most people call me Patti. I have been married for going on 40 yrs. and we have 3 children, 2 daughters and 1 son who passed away last year, he was only 30 yrs. old and it was very unexpected. We also have 1 grandchild and probably will be the only one we will have. We live in Arkansas and as I am typing this I am looking out the window at our first snow of the season. We were supposed to get it on Christmas day, but I guess it is just a little late:). I love to crochet, am learning to knit, sew, read and sleep:D. Right now I'm looking for things to make for other upcoming holidays, birthdays and next Christmas, no more waiting until the last minute!
