Still in the learning stages, and would love to make my son a hat for Christmas. Does anyone have an easy pattern they could recommend or share? I would greatly appreciate it. I have been going back through my mom's old crochet magazines and books and haven't found one.

It will get easier for you in moving around the forums. Just let us know if you need any help. Just to let you know, in the upper right hand corner of each page is a search box. If you place hats for example in the box and search, it will come up with all the threads that have the word hat in them for you to look it. This might help you in finding what is in the forum so far.
