i'm so happy to have found this club. i got on before i went to work last night with a request an when i got home from work this am, there magicly came an answer. i'm just an old hippie chick who can't follow pattern well, but i'm pretty good with a hook & i am just itching to learn more. my late grandma got me started & i love crochet. an angel taught me & it keeps me close still. as for this club,i'm sure she's smilin as she sees what iv'e found. :D

janisjunkie, so many of us were taught by our grandmothers wonder why more grandmothers than mothers? My daughter doesn't have much patience with me teaching her so that might be the answer. Ask questions and you will find that we all try to find an answer. welcome
Janisjunkie as in Janis Joplin? I love Janis Joplin, I have one of her CD's. I remember when she died, that was so sad. All that talent gone.
