Need Help in reading a crochet pattern

Hi All,
Someone sent me a private message asking for step by step directions for this crochet pattern. The 1 sc in 2, 3, or 4 sts I figured out - the 1 sc in 3 sts is a sc decrease - but I'm not sure about the 2 sc in 2

Please help with crochet instructions

She was able to do the first few rounds with some help from KP'ers (knitting site). Thank you anyways. I guess we don't need help after all.
