Very entertaining but don't let the title of the video fool you . This child is not a toddler nor is he 3. By the looks of the steps he is doing, he is at least 6 or 7. Oh yes he is an excellent tapper, even for that age! But if he was a toddler he would not have the motor skills to do most of the "flash" steps he is doing in this video, and the speed he is doing them with the articulation he can do them. I have been teaching tap since 1974, and have designed syllabus for teachers, this kid is not 3.
