I love crocheting flowers! My fave yarn for it is Scheepjes cotton 8. While I was sick with pneumonia for weeks this past winter. I crocheted a garden full of them! Including cacti in their pots surrounded by "dirt." I then moved on to amigurumi toys for a baby close to my heart using the same yarn. That was a good way to use up remaining yarn and make delightful color choices for body parts of the toy animals.
