Mitzer! There are a lot of 18" doll crochet patterns out there! My favorite site is crochetpatterncentral.com! You will have a hard time choosing what to make!

Mitzer- I see you have gotten plenty of help but wanted to mention Annie's Attic . com as a pattern source. They aren't free but I have seen some terrific doll outfits. Happy Stitching!
