Calendar crochet pattern

In search of a calendar that was dated "1994".
Front cover was of a May or June crocheted Afghan. Pattern is called Wedgewood ???
In doing some research, I found another pattern that was typically named Narrow Step that was used in other colors. Some of the stitches are a bit different than the one I am looking for.
I did have this calendar and crocheted this same pattern but have somehow misplaced it.
Any help would be greatly appreciative.
