Cathy, do you mean the message here, or personal E-mail? For personal E-mail it may depend upon who you have. I use Outlook, and there I click on "insert" waaaayyyy on top (took me a bit to find that one since it wasn't with the rest)
Here, I don't think you can send files thru your inbox, only on the threads
