    I Love the Cat as I have 2 Lively 16 month olds. BUT it harder to make an Elephant and Elephants like Cats Meeow!

    I was born in 1952 and it was probably closing by the time we moved to Bay Shore. I love hearing the history of the towns. When I walk, I see those posts telling what was there in the past and it is interesting. Thanks for a bit of history.

    Ella is so cute!!! I love those ears it makes me think of Dumbo the elephant from kids books! All of your animals are cute and I'm sure they will raise a lot of money!

    I had to laugh, and yes made me think of Dumbo while I was stitching the ears on. LOL
    The foundation gives 2 art scholorships out a year. It is in honor of my friends daughter that was killed in a terrible accident. A man went speeding through a red light and hit her car head on. She was newly married, an art teacher and lovely. The arts are so very iimportant in all aspects of it. For the past 5 years, small scholorships have been given out to young people who will make a difference.
