The is a picture of the Angel Doily my sister wants me to make. I will do the cener in a gold and the Angels in white. I will post a picture when I get one made. She wants several of them for Christmas. Wish me luck! LOL
Yes, I thought is was pretty. She wanted some for her church ladies. So I started looking at some of my patterns & found this. She has already changed her mind on what she wants me to make but I know she won't on this one. I still have to do the Poinsettia ones for her.
And, Susan, I will get yours gone before I start on these! Sis & her hubby started back home to Toledo yesterday. I will miss her till they get back in October. They have not had good weather for traveling. She also said there were a lot of wrecks on the road.
Update on the colors for the doily. The center will be a light peach. LOL
Libertylady, It is just starting to get warm and already you are talking about cold weather! LOL True, June will be here before we know it. It seems like the first part of the year has gone fast. Other than waiting for my sis to get back here, it can s-l-o-w down some. Beside the fact I am in no hurry to get another year older! haha
I once made 6 of these angel doilies for a friend. I worked them in gold flecked ecru thread and outlined the wings in gold thread. They turned out great. You will have fun making it.
