MsBhaven, I really want to meet your husband. He seems to have the best personality. A man that names stuffed animals and one that actually likes them. Sounds like a rare species to me. Great job as usual.

A side note: I wanted to thank you for posting butterfly instructions from your other zoo picture. I did them in burgundy thread for my friend Maryanne's birthday button ons and your pattern was perfect. You saved me on that one. I'm trying to find the picture. If I do find it I'll put it here for you to see.

Looked at the ocelot. Gorgeous. What if you crocheted a carmel cat (I think that is the background colour) and then embroidered the distintive "spots/markings" on, or cut out of fabric and sew or glue (if that works?)
If it does Have to be crocheted. I saw a gorgeous pillow case/cover thingy at Walmart yesterday in the (what I think was ocelot print) . And was thinking you might sew one up if you got the exact material?
