Those are so beautiful. Is that done with what is called tapestry crochet? My husband wants an afghan with the Marine Corps emblem on it and I think that is what I will have to use. But, I am not that good. Told him I would buy him a Marine blanket,

Hi Midjt. Thanks for the compliment. I love doing these. Not sure if it is called tapestry crochet. There are patterns for making a Marine Corps Emblem. I believe if you go on Etsy and look for Chella Crochet you can find her patterns. I think she also sells on e-bay. They are not expensive. I believe around $4.00. She e-mails them.
