Just finished!
Just finished my granddaughter's vest. She lives in Kansas so it is a little cold now. This project is for a shrug but she is hyper and gets warm too quickly so I didn't put in the sleeves. Her favorite colors are orange and purple. I toned down the colors but hopes she likes it. My hubby said it looks like I put a target on her back. That's the hunter in him. Hope you enjoy. No, sorry to say. They are in Kansas and I'm in California. My daughter is a transplant from Lancaster, Ca., a desert flower in a pasture. She is really loving it. She has bought a house already and experienced a tornado warning that was close. Now they have snow. Glad she is young. I sent her an email with these pix and she let Lily, the granddaughter, see it. It was supposed to be a surprise but I didn't have the heart to tell her after she said Lily jumped around like a rabbit. Such is life. I'm making a bassinette purse for her after my Fedora project. Thanks for the compliment though

She is 5 going on 30! She is reallllly thin and tall. Mom said she wears 5/6 clothes because of her heighth but a 4 for vest or blouses. Sending it off today. Anxious to see her expression.
