    Valentine Project for Feb. crochet

I crocheted Hot Pads for Valentines day gifts for my girls. I got the pattern out of Crochet world Feb. 2010. I changed it a little to my liking. Was suppose to sc a pad for the middle, I did but tore it back out because i didn't like it. I thought it was to bulky. I used felt in the middle instead.. Not finished with the white ones yet, I need to put the trim on to hold it together. Will post another picture when I get the white ones done. One daughter loves them and has already picked out the red. I will give a set to my other daughter tomarrow. Hugs, Kathy

Landon, They were not hard. Just have to be sure you count the stitches and you'll be alright. The mag. says skill level - easy.

Thank You everyone. I gave my other daughter, Dena, the pink ones. She loved Them. Julie, My oldest got the red ones and I am finishing the white ones for myself. I was thinking, maybe making more for a affgan. I love the squares.
