I learned how to crochet from a kit I bought at Walmart. LOLOL The attached pic is from my very first attempts where I didn't fully understand what to do. But I am like a dog with a bone, I don't give up easily and I am so glad I kept at it !! I might have never met all of you wonderful friendly and talented people!!

I think they look hilarious, considering I dropped a part of the instructions. I get them out every so often and reminisce, LOL I can't remember the name of these colours, but they make the cutest pieces!!

I bought a book called: Crocheting for Dummies, LOL it has helped me a TON!! It really breaks everything down and takes you by the hand. I have ordered Knitting for Dummies and the idiot's Guide to Crocheting and Knitting. I hope whoever thought up those series of books is a millionaire, cos I think they deserve every penny they earned from it! They sure do help me!
