    Cool Lighted crochet hook

My Mom got me a lighted crochet hook!
I haven't used it in a dark room yet, but it does help to see the stiches.
It's fun in a quirky way.

Yes, they are fun to use! I have two of them and replacement batteries. I also bought my pastor's wife one. Never used them in a dark room either!

I bet this is great for using with dark yarns! I was wishing I had something like this when I was making a hat out of black yarn a couple of months ago.

I went on a long road trip last year with my fiance, and I had brought along a project to work with in the car. I was crocheting in the passenger seat when the sun was still up, but we ended up driving well after sunset. I had to crochet in spurts by waiting until we passed under a street light to see anything. This light up hook certainly would've come in handy!

I recently purchased the whole set for $29.00 I really enjoy using them not just for the added light but the grip is also very comfortable and easy on my hands. I am just about to finish my great grandsons afghan it has been a long time in the making but finally.
