Another Pillow
I wanted a couple of new pillows and I love home decor crochet, so I did the colorful & cheerful Blooming Flower Cushion first, then I did this one, which is a little more subdued, so it gives me 2 totally different styles. I measured the basketweave stitch to fit a 12 X 12 pillow form and made 2 squares exactly the same, then added buttons to one side. I attached 3 sides, put the pillow form in and closed up the 4th side, simple as that! Blue, gray, cream and brown are my basic living room colors, so I used Country Blue in R.H. S.S. It's a good one for projects like this. You can use almost any stitch for pillows or anything, and I like experimenting. I've never used this stitch before but I liked working with it.

No, it's for the sofa in the living room. I love pillows but some we use, some we use for looking pretty only!
