my latet home decor piece
I made this a couple of weeks ago, and love the way it came out. It's a somewhat vintage style pattern called the Blooming Flower Cushion by Attic24. I didn't match my colors to hers exactly but did them as I went along and am pleased with the results. I do wish I'd put the pink closer to the middle so it wouldn't be such a dominant color on the big bottom rows that show on the side but I'm sure not changing it! My next pillow will be the basket weave stitch for the 1st time, I like the look of the stitch so decided to go with another pillow. This is the pattern for the Blooming Flower & a few photos:

Thanks for the nice compliments everyone. I'll post the new basket weave 12 X 12 pillow I did after this one, have to get more pillow forms. It turned out great on my 1st time working with that stitch.
