    That is a beautiful afghan pattern. I thought I had seen most of the vintage ones, but not this one and it blows me away.

    You will have many more replies I am sure. It is such an unusual pattern. Very pretty.

    I don't know how to do much but just posts. I do need a good camera as I have given so many afghans away, having a pic of them would have been nice. One of these days.

    vintage fan afghan-dscn0302-jpgThis is a fan afghan , i found the squares at a thrift store, so i dont know how they were made. i put black borders on and put them together. i never have seen a pattern like it. I'll figure it out if its the one you are looking for.

    Thank you Winnie......If you google VINTAGE FAN RIPPLE STITCH PATTERN it is there. I would scan it for you but I just bought a new printer and I am ALSO learning my way around there.
