    Biggest Goodwill Score yet

I almost didn't go out today but decided to take advantage of the decent last day before the deep plunge in temps. After I paid my general property taxes for the year, I wandered over to Goodwill. Last time I was there was Jan 1 and there was no yarn. Well, some wonderful donor brought in yarn on Jan 2 (date on price tags).

I was like a kid in a candy store. Bought it all today and carried it all home since I walked today. There are 68 skeins, had to squish them together to get them all in the picture.

Bernat, LionBrand, Patons, RedHeart, Caron, even one skein of Mainstays, which was Walmarts brand and no longer made, older yarn called Joy (think by Caron) and Love Knit, Lily Sugar and Crème too. The total for all, after the discount with the Goodwill Card and with tax was just about $62. I have never seen this much there at one time, usually just a few skeins every so often.

And yes I am a yarnoholic big time. I used to tell my late husband and he would laugh, that it could be worse, I could be shopping in Cartiers or Tiffany jewelry stores. At least yarn is way cheaper, LOL!!! And I never use the words yarn and return in the same sentence either!!! Forget about a 12 step program too.
