Crochet Infant's Baseball Jacket

Has anyone seen a pattern for an infant's baseball jacket? I know I saw a picture of one about a month ago but didn't have time to checkout the pattern. Now, I can't find it! Thanks for your help!

Mrs P just posted something about a white sox baseball cap and cardigan i don't remember if it was in pictures or links or main but I am positive it was Mrs P and its White Sox

Yes, I have that one. The one I'm thinking of was Red Sox (my son - me, I'm a Yankee's fan). I have the hat - it's a diagram pattern from Crochet World. I may have to make up something myself for the jacket. Thanks for your help!

Thank you for the heads up on where to look. I'm good with the hat part now. If you happen upon any baby jackets that can be modified to look like a baseball jacket, that would be a big help. I've searched for hours already!
