I could not find these particular ones, but here is a set from one of our members. It is not a free one, but has different animal booties included.

I found those for a cost also, ($5.95 for 5 asst. animal ones) but found simular ones for free at redheart.com/free-patterns/pig-and-mouse-slippers. They are quite cute, and using a smaller hook would make them smaller. You could probably follow the 1st picture and make them adjusting the redheart pattern.
