Looking for pattern for a child's poncho.

Hoping someone can help me find a pattern that was released in, I believe, in the 70's, by Red Heart. The pattern is for a child's poncho, with tie strings on the shoulders with pom poms. The picture was in yellow. Lost my pattern and would love to make my great granddaughters one. Thank you for your help.

This one ties at the waist. I looked at all the magazine covers from 1967 through all of 1970 Red Heart and Coats and Clark and found regular ponchos. Ones that tie at the neck and the one below but none that tie at the shoulders that I could find. Sorry that I can't find what you are looking for.
