Here are different totes that maybe can be converted to exactly what you need, too.

Thanks for these patterns. I am in a prayer shawl group in my community, that is 4 churches working together. I have not made a walker holder, but one day i will. I do knotted fleece and crocheted shawls and some crochet and knit and some knit or crochet.

If I was going to make walker totes, I believe that I would sew them, rather than crochet/knit. Too many small things can fall out between the stitches. I have seen some mighty fine walker caddies, button over top of handle with nice sturdy straps, and many pockets to boot. BUT, wouldn't want to make it big enuf to hold a LOT Of stuff, could get heavy for the user to lift, if they weren't using a wheeled walker, and seems a wheeled walker has a basket anyway most times, so perhaps a walker tote would be more for the lifting , and moving along walker.

My Mom has a wheeled walker and does not use her basket. She likes a caddy better because things are out of sight and can't fall through the basket.
