'round and 'round and 'round she goes
This is my second attempt at making a hat today. So I frogged it and decided I'll do a hdc all the way through hat. It goes pretty fast...I like hdc.
Anyway, it's truly seamless as I'm doing the continuous round thing. The hdc has a nice look to it and it'll make a nice winter hat.
No counting, no slip stitching, yay!See what Joyce Writes on Yahoo

Good luck! I love the hdc stitch too. Post a picture when you get it finished. I am so jealous of people who can just create their own patterns for things! You rock!

So smart, I have a hard time doing an original piece. Well, I don't think I have ever done a completely original piece but I would have a hard time. Oh wait, I made a pumpkin hot pad by myself. Of course a circle is very hard to make. LOL

I used the hdc to make the hats I made for my sons. They came out pretty good if I have to say so myself! I'll try to post them along with the other things I finally finished.

It turned out so good I'm making another one in gray. I'll take a picture as soon as I get batteries for the camera
